You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of our services. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassment or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
  • Transmitting obscene or offensive content
  • Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services
  • Using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

All content, features, and functionality of XOIX AI's services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of XOIX AI - FZCO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall XOIX AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use XOIX AI's services, even if XOIX AI or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

8. Changes to Terms

XOIX AI reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
