Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XOIX AI - FZCO shall not be liable for any:

Our total liability for all claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to XOIX AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and your use of our services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Export Control

Our services and technology may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations and will not export, re-export, or transfer our services or technology to prohibited countries, entities, or persons.

Severability

If any provision of our terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Usage Policy, and this Legal Information constitute the entire agreement between you and XOIX AI - FZCO regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
